Hi i'm looking to go into a serious rs and date someone... Do you have any advice on where i should start?

Try JackD.  Go out with friends of friends, get to know more people, expand your social circle. Else you may want to try joining some social chat groups on LINE etc. From there begin with friends or acquaintances. Hope it helps.
