If you don’t already know, our local model boy Shawn Ng has already completed his OCS stint and is now a full fledged officer.

Maybe the army can come up with some form of pageant similar to local universities for every cohort of OCS boys before their Commissioning. Sounds like a good idea? (Part 1)
